Payment methods

We have the following payment methods: Payment by card, PayPal and payment by bank transfer.

Payment by card

You can use VISA or MASTERCARD credit cards to pay for your purchase in our shop. The data is transmitted in SSL encrypted form. Payment with credit and debit cards requires entering the CVV (Card Verification Value), a code printed on the card that is used as a security measure in e-commerce transactions. 

Your card may be declined for one of the following reasons:
· The card may be expired. Make sure your card does not exceed the validity date.
· The card limit may have been reached. Check with your bank that the card has not exceeded the amount allowed to make purchases.
· Some data entered may be incorrect. Make sure you haveve filled in all the required fields correctly.

indicating your order reference. You can send us proof of the operation to email info@trendystories.es so that we can send your order as soon as possible. You have 2 (two) calendar days to make the payment from the day of purchase. After the stated deadline, the order will be cancelled. 

Order confirmation / order status

Once you place an order we will send you to your email a summary of your purchase with the order reference, purchased items, expense breakdown. If you want us to issue an invoice for administrative purposes you can request it from our account info@trendystories.es. You can check the status of your order by entering your customer area (if you have created an account) or by using the tracking link we have sent you (if you placed the order as a guest). We will inform you of the progress of your order at all times.

Delivery time

All shipments will be made through the courier company MRW. We will ship your order within a maximum of 24 hours. You will receive the order at the address indicated (home delivery) within a maximum period of 48 hours in the destinations in Spain and 5 working days in the international destinations:

Zone 1 – Province of Alicante

Zone 2 – Region of Valencia 

Zone 3 – mainland Spain, Andorra, Gibraltar, mainland Portugal 

Zone 4 – Non-mainland Spain (Balearic Islands, Canary Islands)

Zone 5 – Internacional I (Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Netherlands, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, United Kingdom, Czech Republic and Switzerland).

Zone 6 – Internacional II (Bulgaria, Slovenia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Slovak Republic, Romania and Sweden).

This period begins at the time of order confirmation (from the time of transfer in case of payment by bank transfer). You will receive an email informing you of the status of your shipment. During the time of sales these deadlines may be delayed by an additional 24 hours. If you have chosen in-shop pickup, you can pick up your order within 3 (three) business days.

Shipping costs

Zone 1 – Province of Alicante: The cost for orders to the Province of Alicante is set at 4.73 euros + VAT. Orders with the amount of more than 85.00 euros will be shipped free of charge.

Zone 2 – Region of Valencia: The cost for orders to Region of Valencia is set at 5.17 euros + VAT. Orders with the amount of more than 85.00 euros will be shipped free of charge.

Zone 3 – Mainland Spain, Andorra, Gibraltar, mainland Portugal: The cost of orders bound for mainland Spain, Andorra, Gibraltar, mainlnd Portugal is set at 5.62 euros + VAT. Orders with the amount of more than 85.00 euros will be shipped free of charge. For Andorra and Gibraltar these fees do not include the taxes and/or additional expenses generated by customs management process that you always have to pay: Andorra – 26.65 euros, Gibraltar – 23.00 euros.

Zone 4 – Non-mainland Spain (Balearic Islands, Canary Islands): The cost for orders to the Balearic Islands is set at 7.32 euros + VAT. The cost for orders to the Canary Islands is set at 10.38 euros + VAT. Orders with the amount of more than 85.00 euros will be shipped free of charge. For the Canary Islands these fees do not include the taxes and/or additional expenses generated by customs management process that you always have to pay: Canary Islands – 15.86 euros.

Zone 5 – International I (Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Netherlands, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, United Kingdom, Czech Republic and Switzerland). The cost for orders to International I destination is set at 18,00 euros + VAT. Shipping to International I is not carried out at no cost. For Switzerland these fees do not include the taxes and/or additional expenses generated by customs management process that always have to be paid.

Zone 6 – International II (Bulgaria, Slovenia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Slovak Republic, Romania and Sweden). The cost for orders to International II is set at 28,00 euros + VAT. Shipping to International II is not carried out at no cost. For Norway these fees do not include the taxes and/or additional expenses generated by customs management process that always have to be paid.

Changes and returns

You have a maximum period of 15 calendar days, from the moment of receipt of your order, to request the exchange or return.

You can request the exchange or return of any item purchased on our website www.trendystories.es except items belonging to the excluded categories.

It is not necessary to justify the change or return decision. Contact us by writing to info@trendystories.es to manage your change or return in a personalized way.

Once you have requested your exchange or return you will need to pack the items in the received package or a similar one and include inside the package a copy of the return sheet or the original of the order.

The shipping cost will be under the responsibility of the customer.

Returned items must include a copy of the order sheet. If you do not have it you can attach a paper reflecting the order number, items to be returned, size requested (in case of change of size), and in case your order was paid by bank transfer, an account number to make a refund.

Used items other than those that do not have the original label are excluded from the right of rejection.

Warranty

In the event that the delivered goods have imperfections, manufacturing defects or do not meet the specifications and it is necessary to repair, replace them, reduce or refund the price paid, we will look for the ideal solution so that you can have the product under optimal conditions or you can manage its return.

Images

There may be a slight difference between the color of the image and the actual color of the item due to the quality of the photo.

Conflict resolution

For the resolution of disputes, the parties submit them to the courts and tribunals of Alicante.
